 It has been eight years since our last Gala, and while the world has changed significantly, one thing has remained constant: the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund’s unwavering commitment to the 75th Ranger Regiment. Our Rangers continue to answer the call wherever our nation needs them, serving as the quiet professionals who stand ready to protect our freedoms. As long as they remain on the front lines, we remain committed to standing beside them and their families. 

 Since our inception, the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund has invested more than $21 million in support of Rangers, veterans, Gold Star families, and the Regiment’s critical programs. Through immediate financial assistance, transition support, educational opportunities, family programs, resilience initiatives, and long-term care, we have remained a trusted resource for those who have sacrificed so much in service to our country. Every dollar raised has helped ensure that Rangers and their families receive the support they need during their most challenging moments. 

Our Galas also give us the opportunity to honor some extraordinary Patriots, whether through their own service to our Nation, or their service and dedication to others, with our SGT James J. Regan Lifetime Achievement Award. These honorees embody the spirit, traits and characteristics by which SGT James J. Regan lived his life.
