Dear Friends and Supporters,

As Co-Founders of Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund, Mary and I have had the profound honor of serving this organization since its inception 18 years ago. Together with our dedicated team and the unwavering support of donors like you, we have worked to fulfill our mission: supporting the men and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, alongside Mary as Program Director, has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives, driven by the courage, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of our son, Sgt. James J. Regan. His legacy continues to guide everything we do.

As we formally transition into the strategic leadership roles of Founder and Senior Advisor, we will remain deeply engaged, supporting the Board and incoming CEO by offering mentorship, guidance, and continuity to ensure a smooth and successful leadership transition. Our commitment to this mission remains unwavering. We are dedicated to preserving Jimmy’s legacy and to serving the Ranger community with the same strength, integrity, and values that have earned the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund its reputation as one of the nation’s most trusted and highly rated nonprofits.

With heartfelt gratitude, we thank you for your continued belief in our mission. Your support makes everything we do possible, and we look forward to all that we will accomplish together in this next chapter.

Sincerely,

James P. Regan
