Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund, a 501c3 non-profit, is an active duty, casualty assistance, recovery, transition and Veterans organization that supports the men and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment with financial assistance, beyond what the government and Veterans Affairs can offer. Lead The Way Fund, was established to raise funds in support of families of U.S. Army Rangers who have died, have been disabled or who are currently serving in harm’s way around the world. Through our Ranger Assistance Programs we address and support the ongoing needs of the men and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment to help ease their financial burden.
The Lead The Way Fund, Inc. was created in honor of Sgt. James J. Regan, who was killed in Iraq on February 9, 2007, while serving with Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment.
The 75th Ranger Regiment is a lethal, agile and flexible force, capable of executing a myriad of complex, joint special operations missions in support of U.S. policy and objectives.
