Lead the Way Fund, Inc. is a non-profit organization established to raise funds in support of disabled U.S. Army Rangers and the families of Rangers who have died, have been injured or are currently serving in harm’s way around the world. Lead the Way Fund, Inc. will provide spouses and children of deceased, disabled or active duty Rangers with assistance for health and wellness programs and other services determined to be vital to the family’s well-being.

LTWF, in concert with USSOCOM and Unit Command, assists the identified wounded Ranger and his family with financial support and other services determined to be vital and necessary during the acute phase of his recovery. The funds that we provide are not available through the United States Government.
RRP is the next step in our comprehensive program to address and support the severely wounded Ranger. These soldiers are in their final and most extensive phase of recovery and rehabilitation from their life altering wounds. During this process the soldier’s needs are clearly addressed by the United States Government. The family unit will be in critical need of additional help and guidance as they re-acclimate into civilian or military life. LTWF will provide necessary support and funding not available through the United States Government.
The FRG’s help families enhance their quality of life and well being by providing information, offer support and outreach, promote involvement and solidarity among the Ranger families . During times of deployment, the FRG’s identify the needs of family members and provide information and referral assistance.
The funds for the Ranger Chaplain Special Programs can be used to support family and single Ranger events that focus on spiritual, family and urgent needs. The funds may be utilized to resource such things as food, childcare, training materials and venues. Chaplains must maintain their individual faith group identity but programming will be available to all faith groups. Ranger Chaplain Support groups will be available to anyone regardless of religious affiliation.
