The Lead the Way Fund is an all volunteer grassroots organization – hundreds of generous patriotic citizens who have banded together since 2007 to help wounded Army Rangers and their families in many ways that the government cannot.
Lead the Way was founded in honor of Sgt. James J. Regan, an Army Ranger who gave his all serving in Iraq.
We at Lead the Way deeply appreciate the years of effort and generous donations contributed by our patriotic donors for this important cause.
Today the Lead the Way Fund is expanding its scope in new directions to support Rangers and their families with more recovery programs. We are looking for new partners to serve as corporate sponsors of our programs and events. Corporate sponsors enjoy the immeasurable goodwill that comes from supporting Lead the Way’s exciting fundraising efforts which combine patriotism with sportsmanship and charity.
